Clear your browser cache and cookies first — this fixes the issue in most cases. If the site still doesn't open, try a different browser or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data. The problem might be on the server side; wait 10–15 minutes and try again. Checking your DNS settings can also help: switching to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 often resolves unexpected loading failures.
This usually happens after a password reset that didn't fully sync, or when the session cookie is corrupted. Log out completely, clear the browser storage, and try logging in again.
