If the mobile app refuses to launch or crashes on startup, the most common cause is an outdated version. Open your device's app store, search for the Eesti Pandipakend app, and install any available update. If the app is already up to date, try clearing the app cache through your device settings, then restart your phone and launch it again.
Authentication problems often happen after a password reset or when the session token expires. Clear your browser cookies and cached data, then try logging in again. If you use a mobile ID or smart ID to authenticate, make sure your certificate is still valid and that your mobile carrier isn't experiencing outages. Switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa) sometimes resolves silent authentication failures.
A slow or unresponsive site is usually a network or DNS issue on the user side. Run a quick speed test to confirm your connection is stable. If speeds look fine, try switching your DNS to a public resolver like 8.8.8.8. Reloading the page with a hard refresh (holding Shift while pressing the reload button) bypasses stale cached content and often fixes a frozen or partially loaded interface.
The scanner depends on camera permissions. Go to your phone's app permissions settings and confirm that the Eesti Pandipakend app has access to the camera. Poor lighting also causes repeated scan failures — make sure the barcode is well lit and held steady at the correct distance. If scanning still fails, use the manual code entry option as a fallback.
Notification issues are almost always a permissions problem. Go to your system settings, find the app in the notifications section, and make sure notifications are fully enabled. On Android, also check that battery optimization isn't restricting background activity for the app. On iOS, a quick toggle — turning notifications off and back on — often restores delivery.
