Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try reloading the page. If the site still doesn't open, check whether your internet connection is actually working by opening any other resource. Sometimes the issue is a stale DNS cache — flush it with ipconfig /flushdns on Windows or the equivalent on macOS. Switching to a different browser or trying incognito mode also helps rule out extension conflicts.
If entering your credentials does nothing or the page just reloads, the most common culprits are autofill conflicts and expired session cookies. Delete saved passwords for the site, clear cookies, and log in manually. Also confirm that your system clock is set correctly — mismatched time can break authentication tokens.
Force-close the ESTO app and reopen it. If it keeps freezing, clear the app cache in your phone settings without uninstalling. On older devices, low available storage is often the real cause — free up at least a few hundred megabytes and try again. If the issue persists, reinstall the latest version from the official store.
Wait about two minutes first, since carrier delays are common. Then check that the phone number in your account is current and correctly formatted. If you recently changed your number but haven't updated it in your profile, codes will keep going to the old one. Also check whether your carrier is blocking short-code messages.
Run a basic speed test to confirm the problem is on your end. If your connection is fine but the service still responds slowly, try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa. Restarting your router often resolves intermittent slowdowns caused by a degraded connection rather than full outage.
This usually happens when the app is working from a cached state. Pull down to manually refresh, or log out and back in to force a fresh data load. On the web version, a hard reload — holding Shift while clicking the reload button — bypasses the browser cache and pulls the latest data from the server.
