Where most complaints about this service are coming from, over the last 24 hours.
Shows where the service URL was unreachable during the detected outage periods. Percentages indicate the share of failed checks from monitoring locations in each country.
Tap what’s going wrong — one click helps thousands of others see the outage.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. If that doesn't help, try a different browser — Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Sometimes the issue is a stale DNS record: flush your DNS cache by running ipconfig /flushdns on Windows or sudo dscacheutil -flushcache on macOS. If the site is still unreachable, check whether your ISP is experiencing outages in your area.
Double-check that Caps Lock is off and you're entering the correct phone number format — with or without the country code, depending on what the registration form originally accepted. If you've forgotten your password, use the account recovery option. If the recovery SMS doesn't arrive within a few minutes, make sure your phone has signal and isn't blocking messages from unknown senders.
If a money transfer freezes at the processing stage, wait up to 15 minutes before retrying — duplicate attempts can lead to double charges. If the status stays pending after that, contact support and provide the transaction ID shown in your account history. Banks occasionally delay interbank transfers during off-hours or weekends.
Force-close the Ežys app and reopen it. If it keeps crashing, check whether an update is available in the app store — bugs from older versions are often patched quickly. Freeing up storage space on your phone can also help, since low memory causes many apps to behave unpredictably.
This is usually a carrier-side filter issue. Ask your mobile provider to whitelist shortcode messages. Alternatively, switch to email notifications in your account settings if the service offers that option.
If pages load slowly or actions take too long to confirm, the problem is often your connection rather than the server. Run a speed test and check your ping. Switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or vice versa, can make a noticeable difference. Restarting your router also helps if you're on a home network that's been running for days without a reboot.
