If the mobile app freezes on launch or shows a blank screen, start with the basics: force-close it, clear the cache in your device settings, then reopen. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the app store. Make sure your OS version meets the minimum requirements listed on the official site.
Wrong credentials are the obvious culprit, but not always the real one. If you're sure the password is correct and still get an error, try resetting it via the email linked to your account. Also check that cookies are enabled in your browser and that you're not using an outdated browser version — Chromium-based browsers at current versions work most reliably.
PDF reports, receipts, and other documents sometimes fail to display inside the interface. This usually happens due to a slow connection or a browser that blocks pop-ups and file previews. Allow pop-ups for the site domain, or try downloading the file directly instead of previewing it inline.
A hard refresh usually clears this. On most browsers, Ctrl+Shift+R forces a full reload without using cached files. If the problem persists across sessions, the issue may be on the server side — wait a few minutes and try again.
During peak hours or after a service update, response times can spike noticeably. If pages time out consistently, check your own connection speed first. A quick test on any other site tells you whether the bottleneck is local. If your connection is fine but the service remains unreachable for more than 15–20 minutes, it's a platform-side outage — the only practical step is to wait and retry later.
