If the platform refuses to open, start with the basics: clear your browser cache, disable browser extensions one by one, and try a different browser entirely. Chrome and Firefox tend to behave differently with property management dashboards. If the page still won't load, check whether your internet connection is stable by opening any other site. A soft router restart fixes the issue more often than people expect.
Wrong credentials are the obvious cause, but not the only one. Expired sessions, browser autofill pasting outdated passwords, and cookie conflicts all trigger login failures. Try opening the account in a private/incognito window. If that works, your regular browser session is the problem — clear cookies for the domain specifically, not the entire browser history.
The dashboard can freeze when loading large property portfolios or document lists. Reduce the number of open tabs, close unused applications, and reload the page. If freezing happens repeatedly, switch to a wired connection — Wi-Fi instability causes more rendering issues in web apps than most users realize.
Force-close the ORDO app and reopen it. If that doesn't help, check for a pending app update — bugs in older versions are rarely backported. On iOS, resetting network settings resolves connection-related freezes. On Android, clearing the app cache from device settings often restores normal behavior without losing your data.
Push notifications require explicit permission on both mobile and desktop. Check system-level notification settings, not just the in-app preferences. If messages appear in the web version but not the app, the issue is local to your device — re-enabling notification permissions and restarting the app usually resolves it within a few minutes.
