If the TV3 app freezes on launch or shuts down immediately, start by force-closing it and clearing the cache through your device settings. On Android, go to app info and tap clear cache, then restart. On iOS, swipe the app away and reopen it. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the store. Outdated app versions often break after platform updates.
Slow or interrupted playback usually comes down to connection speed. TV3 streaming needs at least 5 Mbps for standard quality and around 15 Mbps for HD. Run a speed test and check whether the issue affects other streaming services too. If your speed looks fine, try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa to isolate the problem. Restarting your router often clears temporary bottlenecks.
Card rejections during checkout are often caused by your bank flagging an unfamiliar merchant. Contact your bank to confirm the transaction is allowed. Also verify that your card details are entered correctly, including the billing address if the form requires it. Prepaid cards are frequently unsupported on streaming platforms.
Some content fails to load due to browser compatibility issues. Switch to a different browser or try the dedicated app instead of the web player. Also disable any ad-blocking extensions temporarily — they sometimes interfere with video initialization scripts.
If the search bar produces nothing or shows a spinning indicator indefinitely, it's typically a session issue. Log out, close the browser or app completely, then log back in. If the problem persists across devices, the search service may be temporarily down on their end — waiting 15–30 minutes usually resolves it.
This happens most often during live streams. Refreshing the stream by exiting and re-entering the channel resets the buffer and usually fixes the sync. For on-demand content, try changing the playback quality setting — sometimes a lower resolution stream has better-synced audio tracks.
